Rain, thunder, and... gift certificates? Cover up and head into Erinn, because there's been a torrential downpour of exciting news, events, and items in Mabinogi this week! The new Jumping in the Rain Character Cards will have you jumping for joy for your cute new gear. Let a new canine keep your mood afloat - the Thunder Spaniels are a power-packing pet with the ability to fly! Hunt monsters and gather letters to spell M-A-B-I-N-O-G-I and earn rewards in an awesome returning event, then push your mental acrobatics to the next level with the Puzzlemaster. Jumping in the Rain Character Cards
Monsoon season has arrived in Erinn! Protect yourself from the torrential rains in some truly fashionable rain wear. Each Jumping in the Rain character card comes with a Vanalen Rain Coat, Vanalen Rain Boots, and one of three random umbrellas: clear, frog, and lace. Equip your umbrella to open it and prop it over your shoulder, then perform a spirited leap by pressing the spacebar on your keyboard! Available from August 17th to September 6th.

Spell M-A-B-I-N-O-G-I for prizes!
The Mabinogi letter collection event is back with all new prizes! Visit Nerys and Simon in Dunbarton to get collection books. Your job is to collect all the letters that spell "MABINOGI" from monsters all over Erinn. Complete the collection book and receive a gift certificate, which can be redeemed for rewards! For the more adventurous reward seekers, gift certificates can also be obtained through hunting quests.

Thunder Spaniels are Shocking Dogs!
Coming into the third week of our Dog Days of Summer are the Thunder Spaniels, a PERMANENT addition to the Mabinogi Web Shop. With coats of White or Dapple, these spaniels are sure to pack a serious punch with their powerful Thunder attack, and inspire awe when they use their ears to fly. Thunder Spaniels grow more powerful when near each other, so to increase their true potential, be sure to have a Dapple Spaniel and a White Spaniel in a party together.

Karma Koin is Coming!
Experience the enlightened way to get NX! Beginning in September, Karma Koin cards will begin replacing Nexon Game Cards on store shelves. These prepaid cards work the same way as Nexon Game Cards, and will be available at retailers in the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Simply purchase the card where you would normally buy your Nexon Game Cards, and redeem for NX through the usual methods. For every card redeemed, Karma Koin will donate a percentage of that amount to charity.
