This is for you to display a picture that represents you. Avatars are hosted by the forums but signatures are not. Please keep your signature to an appropriate size. Members with signatures deemed too large (i.e. taking up half the page) will be issued a warning. Also do not have avatars of signature depicting Nexon logos. That includes the Nexon company logo, and Game Master's uniform/GM logo. Avatars or signatures with inappropriate content (foul language, adult material, offensive comments, etc.) may be edited or deleted as deemed necessary.
Opinions are valued on the forums-- yours and everybody else’s. Please keep all personal conflicts to yourself and have discussions, not arguments. If you disagree with another member, post your comment calmly so other can understand your point and feelings. Do not insult other members’ intelligence. If a member gets on your nerves, do not go out of your way to insult them. Last but not least, treat others like how you want to be treated.
When making a thread make sure it is related to the forums. This is a gaming forum and posting once is enough. If you accidentally double post, do not worry about it. There is no need to make another post apologizing. Please make sure to post in the appropriate forums and/or forums subsection. Posting in the wrong section will have your post moved. However, multiple postings of the same thread to get attention will result in having all your threads deleted and a temporary suspension for spamming. Posting the same thread across different forums and subsections constitutes as spamming also.
Bumping is not tolerated. Purposely commenting on a thread over and over to get attention will have the thread locked/deleted and your forums privileges revoked.
If you have no business on the forums but to make inflammatory posts (aka trolling), you will be banned.
The forums are not the place for you to address your issue to a Game Master. This includes questioning your account suspension. Please contact customer service located in the Support section of our website for account related, ban inquiry, and billing related questions. GMs do not respond on the forums. It is not their job to do so.
Threads requesting certain players to be banned can be interpreted as user harassment. Please use the in-game report function if you need to report a player for suspicious behavior, and if you need a CS/GM agent to assist you, please submit a ticket through our Customer Support.
All threads posted on the forums need to be written in English. We understand that English is not a native language for some members. Writing threads in foreign languages to single out certain members of the forums is not allowed. Please do your best to write in English so all members can understand.
User abuse is any violation of the User Abuse policy. Generally, it usually takes the form of some unfair advantage or action that discomforts other players. Some basic examples include cursing, botting, scamming, and hacking. GMs moderate Mabinogi and suspend violators of our User Abuse policy.
GMs need your help in keeping the Mabinobi community fair and clean. If you witness abusive players, please use the reporting function in-game or notify us via our Customer Support ticketing system. Report only when you are 100% positive as false reports may result in suspension.
