The Merchant of Venice has arrived in Erinn! Take on the titan of the marketplace for a chance to win a trip to Venice -- California! To be considered, demonstrate your trading skills in the Commerce System by reaching Merchant Level 9 in eight designated towns by November 28, 2011. You could be selected to receive airfare for you and a guest to sunny Los Angeles, three-night hotel accomodations, a tour of Nexon America's headquarters and lunch with the Mabinogi Producers, and more!

Implement a live-chat/update feature on the main page where an employee of Nexon can directly give information about what is going on, and maybe even give tidbits of what you guys are working on during maintenance. - David K.
Perhaps an in-game announcement at least a half hour before the system goes down would be great. I don't always check the website, so it comes as a huge surprise when I suddenly get told I'll be automatically logged out. Especially when the maintenance is unscheduled. :/ - Aira D.
