[Announcement] NX Price Point Update

Hello Milletians,
We want to make all of you aware of some upcoming changes to NX prices for certain regions. We are adjusting the amount of NX received across the regions serviced by Nexon America to ensure regional alignment. These changes will take effect February 11, 2020 at 11:00 AM PST.
Update (Jan 29): This change has been delayed, and will not take place until Wednesday, February 19 at 2:00 PM PST. Any NX charged prior to that point will be at the previous exchange rate.
Why are we adjusting NX prices?
Over time, global economic shifts can cause variations in the value of NX purchases across regions. To avoid large regional disparities in the value of NX, and in order to promote fairness to players across all of our service regions, we need to make changes to NX purchase costs.
What currencies are affected?
We will make changes to the following currencies:
- Add Rubles as a currency available to players who select their country as Russia during checkout.
- Adjust the Karma Koin price points for players purchasing NX with USD, AUD, NZD, and CAD to consistently offer NX $1, $5, $10, $25, $50 and $100.
- Adjust the NX Credit price points for players purchasing NX with USD, EUR, and GBP to consistently offer NX $5, $10, $20, $30, $50, and $100.
- Adjust the exchange rate for players purchasing NX with EUR, GBP, NZD, and CAD as follows:
Other currencies are not being changed at this time. We will continue to monitor all serviced markets and make adjustments to maintain alignment and promote fairness for all players regardless of service region or currency used.
Will current NX or purchased content be impacted?
No. Any NX charged prior to February 19, 2020 will be at the previous exchange rate with the exception of unredeemed Karma Koin cards, which if redeemed after this date will reflect the post-change pricing. These changes will not impact any items purchased in-game.
