Mabinogi Winter Painter Event

Winter is here, and it brought art along with it! Help Alain the Artist gather the materials needed to make the perfect masterpiece! Completing his requests will grant you some cool rewards such as a beautiful aurora for your homestead! Check out the details below.


Event Dates: Thursday, February 13th, After Maintenance - Thursday, February 27th, Before Maintenance


Event Details


  • During the event, you will receive the quest, "[Guide] Winter Painter".
  • Find the Beautiful Snow Mountain Painting in the Dunbarton Town Square.
  • To find the artist of the Beautiful Snow Mountain Painting, head to the Vales Town Square.
  • Register a main character with Alain the Artist.
  • You can only register one character per account.
  • The event resets at 7:00 AM PST.

Event Buffs


  • During the event duration, the following buffs will be running:
    • Double Shadow Mission EXP
    • Double Baltane Mission EXP
    • Baltane Elite Mode level cap is increased from level 150 to level 200

Quests


Daily Quest - [Event] Paint Materials

  • Gather Shadow Realm Energy from Shadow Missions.
    • Shadow Realm Energy drops more frequently the more difficult the Shadow Mission is.
    • Shadow Realm Energy only drops from the final chest.
    • Shadow Realm Energy will disappear every day at 7:00 AM PST.
  • When you complete the daily quest, you will get:
    • 30,000 Experience Points
    • 1 Alain's Autograph

Weekly Quest - [Event] Painter of Snow Patterns

  • This quest can be received any time during the event duration.
  • Sketch a Clear Snowball PatternMabinogi Clear Snowball Pattern, Winter Painter Event near the Hillwen Mine.
    • The Clear Snowball Pattern spawns every 5-6 minutes and disappears in 3 minutes.
    • There is an in-game announcement when it appears.
    • Please note that the "Sketch a Clear Snowball Pattern" requirement will only complete when you talk to Alain with the sketch in your inventory.
  • Deliver Shadow Realm Energy to Alain 3 times.
  • When you complete the quest, you will get:
    • 70,000 Experience Points
    • Aurora Mobile BoxMabinogi Aurora Mobile Box, Winter Painter Event - Randomly gives 1 of the 5 Aurora Mobiles
    • 5 Alain's Autographs

Week of Feb. 20th, 7:00 AM PST - Feb. 27th: [Event] The Artist Who Painted Winter

  • To receive this quest, you must complete the prior week's quest.
  • Sketch a Beautiful Ice CrystalMabinogi Beautiful Ice Crystal, Winter Painter Event near the Par Ruins.
    • The Beautiful Ice Crystal spawns every 5-6 minutes and disappears in 3 minutes.
    • There is an in-game announcement when it appears.
  • Deliver Shadow Realm Energy to Alain 3 times.
  • When you complete the quest, you will get:
