ANNOUNCE 7/7/2010 2:27:47 AM When summer hits Erinn, Mabinogians hit the beach! But this summer, tanned bodies won’t be the only thing you see on the shores of Qilla and Ceann. Black and white seals have been spotted sunning themselves on the golden sands lining the beaches of Erinn.
That’s right! Seal pets have arrived in the Premium Shop. These endearing aquatic companions perform a special trick when you offer them a fish from your inventory. To ensure their favorite snacks are in ample supply, seal pets will even help you catch fish via a fun mini-game. They’ll ease the amount of pressure a fish puts on your line, making fish much easier to catch!
And that’s not all! We recently released the Petal Collar Dog, Explorer Cat, and Maid Skeleton mini pets... When you buy either a black or white seal, you’ll get a free PERMENANT seal mini pet in your new seal’s inventory! These mini seal pups are clad in goofy shark robes to scare off potential predators. How adorable!
Grab your seal and seal mini pets soon! The permanent Seal Mini Pet will only be available as a free perk in a white or black seal’s inventory from July 7 to July 20. Act fast! In order to create your Mini Seal Pet, you will need to log in as either your white or black seal and use the whistle within your pet's inventory. This will then create your Mini Pet. You cannot create the pet by placing it into your character's inventory!
Be sure that you do not drop the coveted seal whistle on the ground! If you drop it, you will be unable to pick it back up.
NOTE: Mini Pets count toward the 80 character limit. Use with caution!
