Dungeon Guide System

Introducing the Dungeon Guide System! This new addition to Mabinogi gives you a guide to all of the major dungeons, helping you choose dungeons based on your physical and magical damage output. To thank you for all your hard work, the Dungeon Guide System also provides tons of guaranteed rewards. There is a even a new shop with tons of useful items to help you on your journey! Check out the details below.

Dungeon Guide System

• Upon logging in, there will be an alert message about the new Dungeon Guide. The message will also appear every time you move regions or channels.



• You can choose to turn off this setting in the "Options" menu of the new Dungeon Guide UI.

Dungeon Guide UI

1. Dungeon List

• Dungeons and missions appear in card form on the Dungeon Guide UI. Upon clearing each dungeon or mission, the card will be colored in as opposed to the initial grayed-out card.


• - If a dungeon is recommended for you, a star mark will appear on the left of the dungeon name.


• - If there is a guaranteed reward you haven't retrieved yet, a gift mark will appear.



• - If there is a 1st clear reward that you can get if you clear the dungeon for the first time, a first mark will appear.



• On the right section, each dungeon/mission will show information about the dungeon/mission, some of the main rewards of said dungeon/mission, and the guaranteed repeated dungeon clear rewards. Hovering over any reward image will show item tooltip.

2. Dungeon Information

• The Dungeon Guide UI will show information of the selected dungeon



• It shows the name, difficulty, and the average physical/magical damage recommendation for the dungeon.


• - If a dungeon is recommended for you, a star mark will appear on the left of the dungeon name.


• - You can choose which stats you want the recommendations to be based off of through the "Options" menu.


• You can move to a dungeon from the Dungeon Guide UI.
• Some dungeons and missions, such as Tech Duinn, will have prerequisites before you are able to move to them.
• You can check the requirements needed in order to enter each dungeon via the "Additional Info" section.


• - Click on the yellow information icon near the dungeon's name to view the "Additional Info" screen.

3. Dungeon Rewards

• You can see the Main Rewards and Repeated Clear Guaranteed Rewards in this section.
• “Main Reward” section shows the core rewards you can get from the dungeons.



• You cannot obtain rewards from the "Main Reward" section through the Dungeon Guide UI; they are only there to show information about some of the rewards you can obtain from the dungeon or mission.
• Clearing dungeons or missions multiple times will have guaranteed rewards. You can check how many times you have repeated a dungeon and what rewards you can obtain based on the completion count under the "Repeated Clear Guaranteed Reward" section of the Dungeon Guide UI.



• The "Claim Reward" button will appear active when you are able to collect rewards.
• Each dungeon or mission can only be repeated 10 times per account per real life day. If you clear a dungeon or mission more than 10 times per day, it will not count as a repeat. The repeat timer resets at 12 AM server time.
• - You can also see the list of dungeons and their rewards by clicking the list icon on the top right.

8-Player Dungeons

• The 8-Player Dungeon event will be turned on permanently with the Dungeon Guide update.
• You are now able to enter any of the following dungeons with 8 players on any difficulty:
• Alby
• Ciar
• Rabbie
• Math
• Fiodh
• Barri
• Coill
• Rundal
• Peaca

Support Boxes

• Certain dungeons and missions will reward you with support boxes that have useful items.
• There are 4 types of support boxes.
• The clothing items you receive will be determined by the gender of your character when opening the box.
• If the titles or skills received from the support boxes are already obtained by the character opening the box, they will not be re-obtained.
• Support boxes can only be obtained once per account per server. For example, if a character on the Nao server gets a support box, the other characters on that same account and server cannot get a support box again. However, a different character on the Alexina server on the same account, can get a support box.
• All support boxes and items in the support boxes are untradeable.
• Pets from the support boxes cannot be stored in Pet Medals.

Vouchers and the Voucher Shop

• Vouchers are a new currency used to purchase items from Eavan's Voucher Shop.
• Vouchers can be transferred between characters via the Bank.
• To obtain Vouchers, register a main character (cannot be a Novice) at Eavan at the Dunbarton Town Office. Completing dungeons or missions with the registered character may yield you additional Vouchers.
• You can switch your registered character once per day after registering.
• Up to 100 Vouchers can be obtained per day and the Voucher count resets at 12 AM server time.
• Once you obtain a Voucher, you will see a counter on the left side of your screen that will let you know how many you have obtained for the day.



• Even if your inventory is full and the Vouchers you obtained get placed in your temporary inventory, there is no time limit and Vouchers are permanent.
• There are 4 types of Vouchers that you can obtain in different dungeons and missions.

• For any dungeon or mission that gives out more than 2 types of Vouchers, you will only receive 1 type.
• You can use Vouchers to purchase items from Eavan's Voucher Shop.
• For items with purchase quantity limits, the limit for the same items is shared across all 4 Voucher Shops.
• For items with account purchase limits, once you reach the limit for the day, you must wait until the next day, real time, to purchase again.
• Any items with character purchase limits do not reset.
• Items marked as (Support) can only be used on support items obtained via the Dungeon Guide.
• The reforging tools in the Voucher Shop can only be used on support items, and are not as effective as the ones sold in the Cash Shop.
• All of the items in the Voucher Shop are untradeable.
