9/2 Service Outage Compensation

Dear Mabinogi Players,
As you know there were severe service interruptions yesterday affecting all games, which resulted in an extended maintenance period. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you.
This was an unplanned interruption that occurred due to a catastrophic hardware failure at one of the facilities of our offsite servers. Fixing the problem required replacing and rebuilding a number of servers and unfortunately took most of the day.
As a way of making this up to our loyal players, we would like to extend the following to thank everyone for your patience and understanding:
- This weekend, Friday - Sunday, (9/5 – 9/7), there will be a 5x Monster EXP and 2x All Skills EXP Event
- For players who purchased Premium or VIP Service and Style Tabs, your service has been extended by 3 days
We apologize again for the inconvenience and thank you again for your patience.
