[Notice] NPC Server Restart

Dear Players,
Due to an unforeseen issue, some of our NPC servers will need to be restarted. This restart should not affect overall game play, however some NPC's and Dungeons may be unavailable for approximately 15 minutes. This restart will begin at 4:30 PM PDT (7:30 PM Eastern). We apologize for the inconvenience and sincerely appreciate your patience as we resolve the issue.
