- Find Lorna at Festia, and register a main character.
- You can only register one character per account.

Cave of Trials
Event Dates: Thursday, March 19 After Maintenance - Thursday, April 9 Before Maintenance
- Speak to Lorna in Festia to set a main character for the 12th Anniversary Mini-games.
- After setting your main character, you will receive 3 Cave of Trials Entry Passes. Three passes are given daily.
- To enter the trials, speak to Triona near the cave north of Storybook Tir Chonaill
- The Cave of Trials is a 1-room dungeon with 15 waves of enemies. The enemies will become more difficult with each wave, and the prizes more enticing!
- This dungeon is challenging! No pets or parties are allowed, and definitely no reviving!
Clear waves to receive Conqueror's Chests. These chests hold a multitude of rewards, which will randomly be selected. Completing each wave will replace your existing Cave of Trials titles, with a new version of it.

- After completing [Guide] The Start of a New Festival, you will receive the quest Suspicious Milletian in a Strange Land.
- The quest can only be completed on your registered main character.
- Talk to Lorna in Festia.
- She'll give you a Developer's 12th Anniversary Thank-You Notes book which is used to collect Developer Thank-You Notes.
- There are a total of 30 notes to collect.
- You can collect notes by fishing:
- Talk to the Chief of Storybook Tir Chonaill to receive the quest item Paper-Plucking Bait Tin.
- Thank-You Notes will be found while fishing in Storybook Tir Chonaill with the quest item Paper-Plucking Bait Tin equipped.
- They can also be collected by battling monsters:
- They will drop randomly from monsters around Erinn.
- Thank-You Notes will only drop from monsters who are ranked Boss, Awful, Strong, and Normal.
- Monsters that are considered Weak or Weakest will not drop Thank-You Notes.
- You can collect the Thank-You Notes in the 12th Anniversary Thank-You Notes book OR you can use a Thank-You Note to create a Thank-You Note Seal.
- Talk to the Chief of Storybook Tir Chonaill to exchange five Thank-You Note Seals for a relic.
- You can only receive the relic Remains of an Old Greatsword once per day.
- Selling the relic will grant you 10,000 Exploration EXP.
- The bait bucket and relic resets daily at 7:00 AM PDT.

- Players can either use 20,000 gold or one 12th Anniversary Instant Prize Ticket to draw from the box.
- Each player has 20 gold entries per day.
- 12th Anniversary Instant Tickets do not have a limit.
- Gold entries reset everyday at 8:00 PM PDT.
- Higher-end prizes are limited per server.
- Winnings show how many prizes are left per server.
- Every Thursday at 7:00 AM PDT the entries will reset.
