[UPDATED] Karma Koin - Missing Redemption Button

Update Nov. 5th: Greetings and thank you for being so patient with us during our review of this Karma Koin issue.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused by this error. Prepaid NX is the only version of NX available to many of our users, so we understand how frustrating it must be to lose access to it.

The issue that caused the “Redeem My Balance” to disappear was related to an error in the layout of the redemption page. Fortunately, as of this reply, that error should now be corrected and all Karma Koin redemptions should be available to you.

Please attempt to redeem your Karma Koin code again and let us know right away if you’re still experiencing issue when trying to do so.

We are aware of a current issue affecting all Prepaid NX purchase attempts involving Karma Koin cards/codes where the "Redeem" button is missing.

As of this message, we've identified the root cause of the issue, but a full fix will not be fully implemented until the coming week.

For the time being, we ask that you remain patient with our billing team while we work to correct this issue as soon as possible.
